What materials can you laser cut?

We laser cut mild steel, stainless steel (304/316), aluminium (including 5005), Galvabond, Corten, brass and acrylic (Perspex) along with plywoods and MDF. If you have an unusual material, send details and we’ll confirm suitability.

What files do you accept for laser cutting?

DXF is preferred, with SVG and AI also commonly used. Include units(mm), material, thickness, quantity, and any tolerance-critical notes for the fastest quoting.

How accurate is laser cutting?

Laser cutting offers high accuracy and repeatability. Tolerances depend on material type and thickness, but laser cutting is well suited to applications where clean edges, consistent profiles and reliable fit-up are required.

Do you offer prototypes and production runs?

Yes. We support prototypes, one-off parts and repeat production runs for trade, commercial and creative customers.
