The fastest way to get accurate pricing is to Press the orange “Get Quote” button and attach your drawing file and a few key details.

If you’re unsure on material selection or thickness, tell us the end-use and we’ll recommend an option.

  • Preferred files: DXF (best), SVG, AI
  • Include: material, thickness, quantity, and any finish notes
  • Call out: tolerance-critical holes, press-fit features, cosmetic faces

Where to collect.

Our main workshop is located in West Footscray, Victoria and supports laser cutting projects for customers across Australia and offer reliable Australia-wide delivery.

For customers who prefer to collect orders in person, collections are available by appointment.

This ensures your order is prepared, packed and ready when you arrive, and allows our team to manage workshop operations safely and efficiently.

Please note:

  • We do not offer walk-in service

  • Collection times must be arranged in advance

  • You’ll receive collection details once your order is confirmed and ready

For customers, we also offer reliable Australia-wide delivery as an alternative to collection.

What information do you need for an accurate quote?
A cut-ready file (DXF preferred), material and thickness, quantity, and any notes about finishes or tolerance-critical features.
What file types do you accept?
DXF is preferred. SVG and AI are also commonly used. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll advise.
Can you help me choose a material?
Yes. Tell us the application (indoor/outdoor/coastal), whether the part is cosmetic or structural, and any finish requirements.
Do you offer repeat production runs?
Yes. We support ongoing repeat orders for fabrication and manufacturing customers and can maintain consistent cut results across batches.
